Get your club involved with one of the homeless organizations in SLO! There is always help wanted. Check out the Landscaping Project we worked on developing this quarter and contact us if you would like to get involved.

Acknowledge and engage- Say hello to the homeless if you encounter them or ask them how they are doing.  A small greeting can go a long way.

Donate unwanted clothes and items to any of the major organizations in SLO that aid the homeless (listed under Resources) !

Attend the “food not bombs” volunteer movement in SLO that organizes free food distribution to the homeless population. It is a great way to get involved with this community!

Pack snack packs to distribute instead of cash! No matter what you have to offer,  there is always someone in need. Check out the snack packs we experimented with for references!
